CHOREOGRAPHY FEES:  $215 due by AUGUST 14th, 2011

COMPETITION FEES:  TOTAL IS $450.00.  
This fee is not included in tuition.  This can be paid in 2 installments
1st 1/2 is due by OCTOBER 1st., 2012
2nd 1/2 is due by DECEMBER 1st, 2012
Checks must be made payable to CHEERZ and put in the lockbox in the lobby.


MONTHLY TUITION PAYMENTS - $120
DUE ON THE 1ST OF THE MONTH STARTING IN AUGUST 2012
PAYMENTS RECEIVED AFTER THE 15TH OF EACH MONTH RESULT IN A
$10.00 LATE FEE.


UNIFORM PAYMENTS - THE BROWN ENVELOPE, IS DUE ON SEPTEMBER 15TH.


UNIFORMS TO BE SWAPPED/SOLD SHOULD BE TURNED IN BY AUGUST 16TH
BEFORE  CHOREOGRAPHY!!!
Please place top & skirt in a seperate ziploc bag.  Write on the outside of the bag;
Childs name, size of garmet, and indicate SWAP or SELL and turn into the office.
